For social media management services, we may access your organization’s social media accounts and audience data. We comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of each social media platform.
Content moderators may review user-generated content including images, videos, and text. Appropriate psychological support and data handling protocols are in place for content moderation teams.
When providing technical support, our agents may access system information, logs, or account data necessary to diagnose and resolve issues, limited strictly to what is required for support resolution.
For individuals employed by or contracting with Jobvance AI, we collect and process contact and identification information, employment history and qualifications, performance and productivity data, compensation and benefits information, background check results (where legally permissible), time and attendance records, training and development records, and system access logs. Separate employee privacy notices may be provided.
When we provide BPO services as a data processor, we enter into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with our clients that define the scope, nature, and purpose of data processing; establish security requirements; specify data retention and deletion procedures; address subprocessor usage; include audit rights; detail breach notification procedures; and comply with GDPR, CCPA, CPA, and other applicable regulations.
